Welcome to the website for the purchase and design of Cobbs Hall Woods ("The Woods"). The plan is to build a
workshop, with minimal site disturbance, to store Auggie Hay in the winter and give Roger a place to put his bikes while using his bike
shop at the house. There will also be a guest apartment above for our friends and families with Pets.
We have been able to purchase an additional 4.2 to add to the original parcel for a combined plat of 22.6+ acres.
The new plat surrounds the Lee Burying Ground. The build site is at approximately long/lat 37.744942, -76.349419.
